Michael serves as CEO and oversees mergers, acquisitions, and integrations of businesses and critical functions across plastics manufacturing, oil and gas, food service, coffee, tea, and liquid extracts. As CEO, Michael is responsible for setting and managing the strategic and operational initiatives at Arcane and its subsidiaries. Michael’s extensive experience analyzing, buying, and integrating businesses within these industries has been instrumental in making critical decisions to drive a rapid expansion of incremental EBITDA and return on invested capital. ​
